1. Confirm Internet Connection
QSS typically requires a working internet connection.
Open a web browser and visit a website such as Google.
If the page does not load, reconnect to Wi-Fi or the wired network.
Once internet access is working, try opening QSS again.
2. Restart the Application
Temporary glitches can prevent QSS from loading properly.
Close the QSS application completely.
Wait a few seconds.
Reopen the application and try again.
3. Restart the Computer
A restart can resolve background process issues.
Save your work.
Click Start → Power → Restart.
After the computer restarts, open QSS again.
