For errors related to unsuported browser/OS combination:
Ensure Chrome OS device is at version 139 or greater:
For errors related to students being unable to login to their assesment:
Ensure the correct assessment program is selected:
- At the Chromebook login screen select Apps, then SecureTest.
- When prompted to select the organization or state select 'California.'
- When prompted to choose assessment program select 'California Assessment System.'
- Select 'OK.'
- You should see the 'CAASPP' and 'ELPAC' logos in the upper left corner of the screen.
- If you see 'Cambium Assessment' or anything else in the upper r corner of the screen then select 'Return to Secure Browser Launchpad' and try again from step 1 until you see the CAASPP and ELPAC logo displayed.
