Ensure Chrome OS device is at version 139 or greater:


For errors related to students being unable to login to their assesment:


Ensure the correct assessment program is selected:

  1. At the Chromebook login screen select Apps, then SecureTest.
  2. When prompted to select the organization or state select 'California.'
  3. When prompted to choose assessment program select 'California Assessment System.'
  4. Select 'OK.'
  5. You should see the 'CAASPP' and 'ELPAC' logos in the upper left corner of the screen. 
  6. If you see 'Cambium Assessment' or anything else in the upper r corner of the screen then select 'Return to Secure Browser Launchpad' and try again from step 1 until you see the CAASPP and ELPAC logo displayed.
