Wired projection to the SBCOE boardroom north and east projectors is available with no software installation required. The presenter can use either the provided SBCOE boardroom laptop or they can attempt to project with a presenter provided device.


  1. Projecting using the SBCOE provided boardroom laptop:
    1. Open the SBCOE boardroom laptop and press the power button to turn it on if the device is powered off (a). After windows has booted up, login with the credentials posted on the podium (b). The windows desktop should be displayed (c). Proceed to step 3.

  2. Projecting using a presenter provided device: 
    1.  Disconnect the VGA cable from the boardroom laptop and connect it to the VGA port on the presenter provided device (a). If there is no VGA connection available on the presenter provided device you can try to use the VGA to HDMI or VGA to Mini display port adapters located in the podium drawer to connect the presenter device (b). If sound is desired disconnect the 3.5mm sound cable and connect it to the headphone jack on the presenting device (c). Once connected proceed to step 3.


  3. On the wall controls near the podium press the "POWER - ON" button to power on the north projector and press "POWER" to power on the east projector.
  4. If you see your devices desktop projected you are all set. If you see the AirTame welcome screen then you need to change the input on the affected projector. Press "SOURCE - COMP" for the north projector and/or  "Computer 1" for the east projector.

  5.  When the presentation has ended make sure to lock and close the SBCOE boardroom laptop. If using a presenter provided laptop make sure to disconnect all presenter provided equipment and re-connect the VGA, sound and USB cables back to the SBCOE boardroom laptop. On the wall controls near the podium turn off the projectors by pressing "POWER - OFF" twice for the north projector and "POWER" twice for the east projector.
