- While logged into your Windows computer press ctrl + alt + delete
- Choose the option to change password.
- Confirm the old password, type the new password, then confirm the new password and click OK.
- After changing the password confirm the new password by pressing ctrl + alt + delete, choose lock computer, then unlock the PC with the new password.
